Shareholders would like to conclude a transaction which involves the trade sale of majority shares of the Company.
The Company was founded in the end of 2006 focusing its activity in the bottling of fresh mountain every day use mineral water from its own spring of water. The Company premises:
- Its own private spring of drinking mineral mountain water
- 3 litters per second (259.2 m3 or 57,345 GB Gallons per day) License to use the water for bottling
- Its own private 4800 m2 development site around the spring with a 220 m2 building of former water mill and micro power plant (and an option for purchasing additionally more than 5000 m2 nearby development site)
- Approved development plan for 800 m2 water bottling factory (incl. bottles manufacturing) on the site (with option for extension by additional more than 1,000 m2).
The company was founded in the end of 2006 and it is an important owner of an unique spring of low mineralization fresh mountain water, which is one of the very few (not more than three) private springs of low mineralization water in Bulgaria. While the shareholders firmly believe that the Company has an attractive, viable future as a standalone entity, they also recognize that The Company's value is likely to be maximized under the new ownership of a large strategic acquirer. Consequently, in November 2008, the shareholders meeting decided to explore a possible trade sale of a majority shares of the Company.
