Description An opportunity to acquire - at a tremendous discount from invested cost - all of the intellectual property & production equipment for an enterprise producing aero-engines, associated electronic engine management controllers and propeller speed reduction units (PSRUs) for large capacity engines for the home-built aircraft and light commercial hovercraft markets. A buyer will be positioned to take the product family (2 engines, 2 PSRU's, 2 engine controllers, a third engine in development) to full-scale manufacturing and marketing. The target markets for the company's products are the growing kit plane and light hovercraft markets. Versions of both the company's engines are ideally suited for hovercraft in the three to six seat range, and both engines in twin configuration are in use in 9-12 seat hovercraft. Asking price for the Engine Division alone is $160,000; for the PSRU Division is $100,000. Combined asking price $200,000.
