The salon and spa is located in Frankfort, IL. We will not be selling the name nor the services. We are selling the assets inside (we have a list that includes the stations, mirrors, reception desk, showcase, backwash, hair drying area, custom made color rack, etc) and with the agreed lease agreement from the landlord. We have not discussed this with our staff yet since this sale is fairly new, but i am sure that a few of them would be willing to stay on - they are currently at commission. We have 6 stations in the salon, a separate room for the spa services with a massage table, facial machine and microdermabrasion machine, a pedicure station. 90% of the equipment we are selling is brand new purchased in may through June 2010. Our lease is for 5yrs and the first 2yrs are at $2,500 and then next after that go up 3% i believe. We still have to work with the landlord to make sure they will give the buyer our lease. I don't believe this will be an issue since they have several open units, but i wanted to inform you of the this possibility.
