Description This race engine manufacturer was founded in 1988, the initial endeavor involved the design and manufacturing of an Aluminum Ford 351 block called the Clover. In August of 1989, the company's product line expanded with the acquisition of a 4 cylinder engine unique to the Midget circle track racing application. The design was a proprietary aluminum block and aluminum head which became and immediate success. The extensive development efforts during the last 20 tears have resulted in a product base that is recognized as the premier racing engine in the industry.
The facility has a 8,300 square foot building and a 12,000 square foot lot with parking for 14 vehicles and is located in Southern California. The lease is $4,850. and is month to month.
