Description The family owned and operated weed control business was established in 1985 in the Rocky Mountain area and offers service specializing in vegetation management on rangeland, Right-Of-Way and Industrial sites. They spray some subdivision sites and spray remediated areas on superfund sites for several contractors. The spray season starts in mid April with bare ground vegetation management and moves into selective weed control in mid May and continues through October in a normal year.
Bare ground sites include electrical substations and yards, contractor storage and equipment yards, concrete facilities, sawmills and industrial sites. Right-of-way work is performed for Counties (state highways and county roads), MDT highways, BLM roads, etc. Industrial sites include mine sites, superfund sites, gravel pits, etc. Rangeland sites include grassland pastures, BLM, USFS, subdivisions, and some small acreages close to town.
They are licensed dealers for herbicides, insecticides and rodenticides. They are certified licensed applicators for herbicides in agriculture and right-of-way applications. The agriculture classification is required for treating grassland pastures, they don't spray crops. One employee also is licensed in ornamental and turf category. They also provide chemical storage for the USFS.
Seller financing is possible in an undetermined amount based on the Buyer's credit and experience. SBA lending may be available.
