Description We are Lawyers in Bangkok and we are acting as agents for a 15,000 Hectacre (150 S KM) rubber plantation which is currently turning over $20M per annum and netting $9 Million profit
13,000 Hectacres can be planted and it has 60% of trees over 7 years old in full production and 40% planted with trees now around 3 years old, therefore the turnover and profit will substantially increase when these trees are fully productive in around 4 years.
We have been advised that the purchaser will be granted honoury Cambodian Citizenship (not affecting any current citizenship) to ensure that ownership of the plantation is a simple process and make visa requirements less restrictive.
A New 97 year (renewable) lease will be granted
We can offer an outright sale for $55M or 85% of the company for $50M with the sellers agents working with the new buyer for at least 3 years (or more if required) to put a new management team in place to open new markets and maximise profits.
With the 15% holding the sellers agents can place 2 directors on the board and after 3 years the buyer can purchase the 15% option for $6 Million.
